Assalamualaikum and holla lovelies! :)
This will be a short quick update because I am 10 minutes off from my books. Hehe so yeah, next week will be the final exam week until 17th April. Cant wait to finish this examination but at the same time my nervous system keep regulating up untill sometimes i have difficulty in sleeping. Overthinkig, anxiety, fatigue, lack of sleep, messy life and many mores. And im pretty sure that you guys also facing the same situation or maybe worsen than this? :P its okay dearies, examination is only a part of test in life. The real 'examination' is how ready and brave are us to face all the challenges when are a step out from university. How we handle and deal with people and also the important one is our attitude. No matter how good we are in study, how awesome our CGPA but if we doesn't have good attitude we are all nothing. Its because attitude is like your price tag, it shows how valuable you are. We can't go anywhere without changing the attitude because bad attitude is like flat tire. Isn't it true? hmm. Btw, here are my tips of study that I want to share with all of you. Im not an excellent students rather than fast learner. I'm a slow learner but hardworking student maybe? :p
so here are a few tips :
1. Please and please take care of your health! its really important to maintaining your health within this final exam weeks. Its okay to be stress and depressed, but do not let it affect your immune system. Because once your endorphin hormone decreased your body will easily get sick and you will lost focus in study. Drink a lot of plenty water! :)
2. Sleep early during examination week. You must have enough rest and sleep for your brain to functioning well during exam. Do not stay up until late night and get sleepy during paper, you will lost focus and less oxygen concentration are supplying to your bloods. You can get up early and perform tahajud prayer where you can have quality time with Him :')
3. Do not memorize BUT understand the concept deeply. You must understand every flow, cycle and pathway clearly before memorizing it. Do a lot of exercise and make sure you have done all the past year paper because the question sometimes are repetition. So here is an advantage for us :)
4. Make a short notes or mind map. Make it interesting with colourful or visual image. This is because our brain will formulating and interpret the colour perception and visual image easily and stored it in temporal lobe in cerebrum.
5. Always keep in touch with your parents. No matter how busy we are how stress we are don't forget to call our parents everyday or we can use telegram or whatsapp messenger. Sometimes, when you feel so hard to get through your life besides ALLAH, our parents are the best solution that we can have. Tell them how we feel, cry if u want but never make them worried. Ask them to pray for you (even if they did not and will not forget your name in their Du'a ), seek forgiveness and blessing from them. Everytime you feel give up and tired, remember those faces that send you here to study and to have a bright future. They didn't want anything from us, except the good achievement and being a good daughter/son for them. Let us done this once for them :')
